Germany & France

  • Standard Shipping: €14.95 

  • Delivery Time: 2 – 4 working days.

  • Priority Shipping - €24,95

    • Delivery Time: Next working day (Order before 17:00 CET).

Rest of Europe (including United Kingdom)

  • Priority Shipping : €24.95

    • Delivery Time: Next working day (Order before 17:00 CET).

  • Standard Shipping: €14.95

    • Delivery Time: 2 – 7 working days.

United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • Priority Shipping: €34.95

    • Delivery Time: 3 – 5 working days.

  • Standard Shipping: €19.95

    • Delivery Time: 7 – 14 working days.


2. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on working days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or on national holidays will be shipped the following working day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

4. International Customs & Duties (Non-EU Customers)

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand):

  • Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
